自2018年4月1日起，经北京市人民政府批准，全市律师法律服务收费全面实行市场调节价，取消律师诉讼代理服务收费政府指导价，由律师事务所与委托人协商确定并严格明码标价；原京发改规〔2016〕10号政府指导价标准不再执行。

Questions
Will a lawyer in Beijing charge exactly this?
No. This is a fee standard. In an actual case the fee may differ from the standard. Ask the firm for the schedule it filed and for a contract that names the stage and the expenses that are not the lawyer's fee.
Are court fees included in Beijing?
No. Court, arbitration, appraisal, and travel costs are separate from the lawyer's fee.
