Will a lawyer in Chongqing charge exactly this?
No. This is a fee standard. In an actual case the fee may differ from the standard. Ask the firm for the schedule it filed and for a contract that names the stage and the expenses that are not the lawyer's fee.
Are court fees included in Chongqing?
No. Court, arbitration, appraisal, and travel costs are separate from the lawyer's fee.
