The schedule the firm filed is the price list

A Chinese law firm's posted fee schedule is the document a client can compare, not a blog table.

The 2021 Ministry of Justice opinion tells each firm to write a fee schedule, file it with the local bar association, and post it at the office. The firm is not supposed to charge above that filed schedule.

When you ask for a quote, ask for that schedule as well as the contract. A single number with no stage, no expenses, and no name of the firm is not the document the opinion describes.
