Do not turn the band into one number

The 2016 Beijing notice prices criminal defence by stage, inside a band.

Investigation and the review for prosecution are each 2,000 to 15,000 yuan a matter. First instance is 4,000 to 45,000. Appeal, death-penalty review, retrial, and petition follow the first-instance range.

Several charges may be several matters. A complex or major foreign-related case may be agreed at up to five times the range. That multiple is still an agreement, and it does not apply to hourly work.
